Reserve your place →Practice is like the spark we need to start a fire. It is the nature of fire to give light. The light of the fire illuminates our spiritual path, while its heat gives us the strength and determination to walk it.
According to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, tapas (heat) is a key component on the path of yoga, the path towards realizing union.
This retreat will offer you tools and practices to ignite this spark. To reach your potential. To stay in contact with that which lights your soul. And to be a witness to others doing the same.
Expect practices like asana, meditation and chanting, philosophy and deep inquiry. And sangha (community) which brings the supportive qualities and warmth we all need.
We invite you to join us on this week-long immersion to ignite the light within you.
Please note: There is a minimum number of participants for this retreat. If this number is not reached 40 days before the start, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat.
