Illuminate the world with the glow of your authenticity

The radiant hue of gold stands as a beacon, weaving together the threads of the sun, our inner light, and the eloquent language of self-expression. Like the first rays of dawn, gold is the herald of illumination, casting its gentle warmth upon our existence.

Gold mirrors the radiance of the sun and is symbolizing our own inner light. Within each of us lies a spark, an essence that, when embraced, shines just as brilliant as the sun. It is a reminder that we too possess the power to dispel darkness, to nourish our spirits, and to share our warmth with the world.

This retreat with Juliette van der Weijde is an invitation to deepen your Yoga practice and explore authentic self-expression in order to embrace your golden light within.

We start the mornings with a mindful and energizing yoga practice. Juliette’s classes focus on creating stability in the body and mind and will challenge participants of all levels, while maintaining a keen eye for technique and correct alignment. Classes will include asana, but also meditation and pranayama as powerful tools to reveal our True Self.

In the afternoons, Juliette offers her signature workshops focused on backbending and inversions. These sessions encourage you to confront your fears and unlock your full potential.

Another integral part of this experience is joyful self-development, which will be supported by guided journaling practices and opportunities to share with others. We will express using our voice during a kirtan session with Sheila, foster playfulness in a creative workshop and find freedom through dancing. And, of course, we set aside an afternoon for a trip to the beach.

There will be plenty of time to reconnect to yourself while basking in the Italian late-summer sun, nourishing vegan-vegetarian meals and the company of like-minded people surrounded by the magnificent nature of the Italian countryside.
