When Women Gather: Ashtanga Yoga, Astrology & Women's Gathering

Lea Marie Perfetti

As women, we are the keepers of life, the ultimate creative beings.

Throughout history, women have often gathered, tending to the needs of their community and their natural environment. They felt protected and supported by each other, they could lean into one another.

Nowadays, we all carry deep cultural wounds that our patriarchal society has bestowed upon us. We've been conditioned to rigidly control various aspects of our lives, from the way we eat, to how we exercise and how we work. Many of us have never truly experienced the liberating sensation of living freely within our own bodies. Therefore, the most significant gift to ourselves and others lies in mastering the art of self-care—learning when to rest, when to push and when to wait.

This retreat with Lea Marie Perfetti is an invitation to show up for yourself unapologetically and to experience what it feels like to support and be supported by other women.

When we bring yoga, meditation, pranayama, and visualizations together in the sacred feminine with trust, great healing happens within our bodies, minds and spirits. Lea's aim in her work is to create an unfiltered environment where you can be totally you. Come to be heard, to listen, to be seen, and to understand you are not alone in your experience. Also come to laugh, giggle, cry and look inwards.

Daily schedule

In the mornings, Lea will guide you through a self-paced Ashtanga Yoga practice (Mysore style) in a non-dogmatic teaching way. The practice is open to all levels, you are invited to come with any challenges you have. You will learn how to use this powerful practice in a safe, yet empowering way.

In the afternoons, we gather for Women's Circles, starting and ending with a guided meditation, an open space to share our experiences, questions and doubts. When we come together, our access to wisdom is infinite. Lea is also a practicing astrologer for over 10 years and will open some time slots to read your personal chart (not included and very limited).

The week will be supported by delicious and nourishing food, lots of free time to bask in the Italian sun, to enjoy a book or take walks in the magnificent nature of the Italian countryside and a trip to the beach.

Our mission for this week is to equip you with the tools to live your life to the fullest, in a safe way, while embracing your unique self.

Please note: There is a minimum number of participants for this retreat. If this number is not reached 40 days before the start, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat.
